PIANO LESSONS
All Ages & Skill Levels Welcome!
Piano Lessons
Piano has traditionally been the most popular instrument to learn and we have great instructors ready to help you quickly play! Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, we aim to provide the best piano lesson experience in the East Valley.

Learning piano doesn't have to be hard! Our instructors are very warm, friendly, patient and ready to help you work on the most important aspects of becoming the piano player you’ve always wanted to be!

It is ideal if you have a piano at home, but you can start by using an electric keyboard to practice on. We can also help guide parents on how to help their child progress and practice at home in between lessons. We welcome parents to occasionally sit in on their child’s lessons so they can become familiar with the material their child is learning.

Briggs Music Studio…. An oasis in the desert! One day, about two years ago, I was driving down Riggs road, exploring our new area… I saw a Sign for Briggs Music studio. It was my sons last name! Thinking, welll , since he has started showing interest in guitar, I’m gonna give them a call…… FF two years later, our son was accepted to The Berklee School of Music in Boston, to the jazz piano program, at the age of 16!We had no idea our son could even play piano, but under the stellar, professional and gentle, instruction he received from Briggs Music Studio, a Piano prodigy was discovered and cultivated! A great big THANK YOU to Briggs Music Studio, in helping dreams come true!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO LEARN TO PLAY PIANO?
There is no definitive answer to how long it takes to learn to play the piano. With regular practice, a basic level of playing can be achieved in a few months. Most of our students take lessons on a long-term basis because they enjoy continually improving and find the lessons enjoyable.
I DON’T HAVE ANY MUSICAL BACKGROUND OR ABILITY. CAN I STILL HELP MY CHILD PRACTICE?
Yes. Even without a musical background, you can assist your child by asking the teacher for practice advice. Simply monitoring that your child is doing their exercises a certain number of times per day can help them progress. Parents can also sit in on their child's music lessons to understand how a song should sound or how the student should position their hands.
